In een arrest van 18 juli 2002, gewezen in het hoger beroep tussen Internet Service Provider Xs4all en Ab.fab Interactive Media, heeft het Gerechtshof te Amsterdam bepaald dat e-mail spammen okee is, zolang de spammer maar een zogenaamde mogelijkheid tot opt-out biedt. Zoals elke ervaren internetgebruiker weet betekent gebruik maken van opt-out in de meeste gevallen echter meer spam, niet minder.

Ik heb daarom op deze pagina zo veel e-mailadressen verzameld als ik kon vinden van degenen die denken dat er niets mis is met opt-out e-mail marketing. Ik vertrouw er op dat spambots de rest zullen doen.

De e-mailadresen zitten alleen in het commentaar van de broncode van deze pagina en zijn daarom niet functioneel. Mochten de eigenaren van de adressen ondervinden dat ze meer spam ontvangen, dan moeten ze ofwel van de mogelijkheid tot opt-out gebruik maken (werkt geweldig, echt waar!), of bij de spammers klagen.

Je bent vrij om deze pagina te herpubliceren (d.w.z. mirroren), door te geven, veranderen of aan te vullen, zoveel als je wilt;

Als je niet de hele pagina wilt kopiëren, gebruik dan tenminste een paar van de mailto's tussen  op een populaire webpagina. Spambots maakt het niets uit, ze oogsten de adressen toch wel.

Belangrijk bericht voor alle adres-oogstende spiders/bots: onderstaande e-mailadressen mogen uitsluitend worden gebruikt voor OPT-OUT e-mail marketing doeleinden. Elk ander gebruik is uitdrukkelijk verboden. Bedankt voor de medewerking.

De gebruikte domeinen zijn abfab.nl, inadge.com, zoekeensite.nl, selectmymail.com, anymates.com, beadies.com, beadies.nl (alle eigendom van ab.fab), trip6.com, trip6.nl (eigendom van een ab.fab 'directeur') en ft.com (eigendom van de Financial Times, die zaken blijft doen met abfab).

In a ruling of July 18, 2002, in the appeal case of Internet Service Provider Xs4all vs. Ab.fab Interactive Media, the Amsterdam Court of Justice decided that e-mail spamming is OK, as long as the spammer provides a so-called means to opt-out. In most cases however, as any experienced Internet user knows, opting out will mean more spam, not less.

I have therefore gathered on this page as many e-mail adresses as I could find of those who think there is nothing wrong with opt-out e-mail marketing. I trust spambots will do the rest.

The e-mail addresses are only in the source code comments of this page and are therefore not functional. Should the owners of the addresses find they receive more spam, they should either opt-out (works a treat, honestly!) or complain to the spammers.

Feel free to republish (ie. mirror), pass on, alter or amend this page as much as you like;
Put a copy of this page on a URL that can easily be found by spiders - be sure it is linked from other popular webpages;
Submit your page to the most popular searchengines and webindexes;
In many cases, links on other pages to your page will yield better rankings in searchengines. So if you link your page to mine, I will know from the referring URL in my stats and put a link on this page to yours;
